ENGINE REBUILD SERVICE

Parts are inspected and cleaned for engine assembly.  Listed parts below will be replaced and included in our engine rebuild. All parts are either Genuine Porsche, OEM or quality replacement parts.  They are assumed new unless otherwise stated.  Note that some parts listed may not apply to your build.  BROKEN OR UNUSABLE PARTS NOT LISTED WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Standard quality check on existing parts. Broken or unusable parts will be an additional cost.

·       Crankshaft

o   Measured

o   Magna Flux

o   Polished

·       Oil Pumps are all checked for wear

·       Rods are measured

·       Pistons are measured and piston skirts and or coating are checked for wear

·       Block cylinders are checked for wear, cracks, scoring and imperfections

·       Bearing Cage/Cradle are checked for line bore

·       Cylinder Heads

o   Rebuilt

o   Complete Valve Job

o   Pressure checked to specifications for any hidden cracks

o   Valve guides are checked and replaced as needed (additional cost for this service)

WARRANTY

We offer a 1 year or 12k miles (whichever comes first) limited warranty on our engine rebuilds.  Contact us for details.

SHIPPING

We can help to coordinate shipping but you will be responsible for all freight and accessorial charges.  If you ship your engine to our shop we will need a liftgate on our end.  We may be able to pick up the engine from a local shipping dock (this option can lessen the cost), just check with us first.  Additional Shippers Insurance for the value of the engine is also recommended.

PAYMENT

We currently accept Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check (Will need to verify with bank that drafted the check) or Cash in person.  California Sales Taxes may apply where applicable.  Payment will need to clear before engine is shipped or released.
