In excellent pre-owned condition, I don't see obvious signs of wear, inside looks like new without stains or offensive odors. Any pre-owned item can have a "scent", but nothing offensive. All measurements are approximate and completed by me. They call this a mini bag but it is more of a small size, plenty of room for many things.
