Brand new unused. Purchased 4ft handrail from eBay but they sent the 3ft one in error & refused to refund me. I had to purchase a 5ft one as they had no 4ft ones in stock so it cost me over £120. I contacted eBay & eventually they refunded me for the cost of the wrong handrail & said I should sell it on eBay myself. They are selling this one for £48.29 but I'm happy to sell at a cheaper price for collection only.
