Blatt-Maße: ca. 22,5 x 33,5 cm. -- Most remarkable drawing. -- The present drawing comes from a group of 48 drawings. Only two of the drawings are titled in French. All works are unsigned and date from around 1960. The anonymous artist paints surrealistic figures and compositions entirely in the style of pointillism, often broken down into individual geometric figures or composed of these. The compositions are clearly structured and reveal a common, individual style. Mostly human bodies and figures can be seen in the works, but some are distorted and deformed almost beyond recognition and often with missing limbs. For example, the arms are almost always only hinted at or not there at all. All drawings show a high artistic talent. Unfortunately we were not able to identify the artist. Influences from Max Ernst and Wassily Kandinsky can, however, be identified. - Highly impressive and expressive work. // // Höchst bemerkenswerte Zeichnung. -- Vorliegende Zeichnung stammt aus einem Konvolut von 48 Zeichnungen. Nur zwei der Zeichnungen sind in französischer Sprache betitelt. Alle Arbeiten sind unsigniert und stammen aus der Zeit um 1960. Der anonyme Künstler malt ganz im Stil des Pointillismus surrealistische Figuren und Kompositionen, oft in geometrische Einzelfiguren zersetzt bzw. aus diesen zusammengesetzt. Die Kompositionen sind klar strukturiert und lassen eine gemeinsame, individuelle Stilrichtung erkennen. Vorwiegend sind in den Arbeiten menschliche Körper und Figuren zu erkennen, teils jedoch bis fast zur Unkenntlichkeit verzerrt und verformt und oft mit fehlenden Gliedmaßen. So sind z.B. die Arme fast immer nur angedeutet bzw. gar nicht vorhanden. Alle Zeichnungen lassen eine hohe künstlerische Begabung erkennen. Leider waren wir nicht in der Lage, den Künstler zu ermitteln.
