Description:  This listing is for one LEGO City 60321 Fire Brigade building set from LEGO.  This set was available in 2022 and is retiring at the end of 2023.  This set contains a total of 766 pieces.  There are 7 minifigures included and the versions of Sarah Feldman, Fire Female, Fireman Clemmons, Fire Male Dark Tan Suit, Fire Male Orange Suite, and Kid in Bright Pink Hoodie are currently unique to just this set.  It is in the original packaging and has never been opened.  LEGO item number is 6379622.

Condition:  I purchased this from a retail store and it has been in my LEGO collection since then.  It has never been opened and is in very good condition.  The box is in very good condition but there is some wear on the corners and edges of the box from being at retail and storage.  There are a few different dents and creases, but the integrity of the box is intact.  There is one small puncture in the box top by the photo of the minifigures.  In that same photo, there is a white dot on the right side that looks like a drop of paint or a printing error.  The tape seals have “44 R1” on them indicating it was produced in the 44^th week of the year, in the Mexico factory, and in 2021.  Pictures are of the actual item you will receive (and some official Lego images as well).  Item comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.  Feel free to ask me any questions.  NOTE: I do not guarantee mint condition boxes.  Buyer should review the full description and pictures in this listing before purchasing.  It will be packaged well but I have no control of the box once it is handed over to a shipping company.
