Very Good type C/2 4-bar ties #732 to cover advertising hound dog kennels. Very late commercial use about three months before the Oakley PO was discontinued. Cover is neatly repaired at upper right and lower right, narrow area of staining at top right not affecting postmark or stamp, some light wrinkling at lower left. Much nicer than it sounds!
