Vintage Chinese Faux Cinnabar Red Box from Famous Hong Kong Hotel The Peninsula

Very good pre-owned vintage condition. A few minor flakes.  Measures 4" x 4" x 2".  Includes parchment paper insert.  Lovely embossed figures on lid.  Hotel apparently operated from 1938-2003. This box originally held soap but can be used as trinket box.
