Con la asistencia de destacados personajes del turismo y la cultura, en una emotiva ceremonia realizada en el Museo Soumaya en la Ciudad de México, se llevó a cabo la presentación del libro “Viñedos México 2022” de Editorial Águeda, así como un reconocimiento a la trayectoria del afamado sommelier mexicano Don Pedro Poncelis Brambila.
Esta obra estará disponible muy pronto y seguramente será un referente en su tipo. El libro se orienta principalmente en enoturismo y abarca otros temas como alojamiento, gastronomía, catas, bodegas y cavas.
Algunos de los distinguidos ponentes durante la ceremonia fueron los señores Víctor Hugo Rodríguez, creador de Editorial Águeda; Luis Eduardo Ros Martínez, especialista en el sector turismo; Don Pedro Poncelis, ilustre ingeniero químico y sommelier, pieza fundamental en la elaboración del libro; y Miguel de la Cruz, destacado periodista dedicado a la difusión cultural en el Canal Once de la televisión mexicana, entre otras personalidades.
El evento culminó con un brindis de honor, en donde Don Pedro, siempre sonriente, nos platicó muchas anécdotas y vivencias muy interesantes.
