The inside tag is illegible. It feels like a polyester blend fabric. The foam has collapsed but is still intact. There are stains on the inside brim. No holes, or tears. Please see photos for condition.

For returns, item must be in original condition and if new, still in the unopened packaging and/or tags still attached.
