Shabby Chic White (wrought iron) Round Plant Stand w/ Wheels~Leaf Scroll Cut-Outs

 

 

I sold a smaller one of these about a year ago and then found this one buried in leaves so it's a little rustier than the other. The things that are around the wheels move (as do the wheels) but one is rusted in place (though the wheel moves). I didn't try to hard to move it and feel pretty sure that with a little elbow grease it will move again. This is super heavy, which is why I'm thinking painted wrought iron. About 12" across the top and 2" tall.

 

Has a scrolly leaf pattern. Probably 1990s.
