This is from 1976 and was a promotion by NORTHEASTERN BANK OF PENNSYLVANIA. 

I believe from the patina that this is cast iron within Bronze coating. Wheels turn perfectly if you want to play with it.

I see no evidence of the bank portion being used, pretty spotless inside. The plunger is absent, a matchbook or make your own (See you tube if you haven't before) 9oz. and is Patinaed. Everyone likes their Patina Different.  So I have NOT CLEANED anything but some dust.  It isn't going to clean up like new, but it WILL clean up a good deal.  Gor all the niks to surface, there are NO DENTS.  WHEELS TURNS EASILY and evenly, not side to side or wobbling and no dents, could be cool to just repaint (no dents)
