There is no returns on this item because even though it is new I have no idea if it keeps accurate time. I don’t even know if you wind it or it has a battery. I purchased it with some other items. When I pulled it out of the case I found the instruction pamphlet and a receipt. The original purchaser paid $200.00 before tax for the watch. It does claim to have a life time warranty so if you have any problems with it give them a call.
