RARE Vtg Melted Glass Sparklette 5 Gallon Bottle Bowl

Don’t know the maker but it’s probably similar to the story found on a similar item found on the internet:

“One of a kind Sparkletts style five gallon melted down blue aqua tone glass water cooler bottle. The lady we bought this from said she use to work at the place where they made these 5 gallon bottles. She told us that every once in a while they would have a malfunction on the assembly line and it would stop and the bottle would spend to much time in the heating chamber and melt down. Normally they would just recycle the bad ones and re-melt the bottles again and make them over, but, she liked the shape of this one so much, she snuck it out of the building and took it home with her. She said that happened at least 40 years ago and she's had it ever since. We bought it off her at a yard sale she was having.We used it as a candy dish but you could put just about anything in it or just leave it empty and be a great conservational piece. It measures approx. 6.5" to 4" tall depending on where you measure it at X 12" to 10" in diameter depending where you measure at. The center of the mouth opening is approx. 1 1/4" in diameter and outside of the mouth opening is 2". It comes in good used condition with factory flaws that occurred during melt down and some scratches on the bottom. The weight is just shy of 13 pounds. She could not remember the maker of the bottle and their are no identifying marks on the bottle.”
