10m Basalt Hitzeschutzband - 50mm breit

Das Basalt-Hitzeschutzband erfüllt höchste Qualitätsansprüche und zeichnet sich durch seine sehr gute Temperaturbeständigkeit aus. Die Basaltfasern werden aus vulkanischem Basaltgestein im Schmelzverfahren bei ca. 1450°C hergestellt und anschließend zu einem Gewebe in der robusten Leinwandbindung verarbeitet.

Durch die sehr gute Hitzebeständigkeit eignen sich Basalt-Hitzeschutzbänder hervorrgend für die thermische Isolierung von hochtemperaturbelasteten Bauteilen im Automobil- und Industriebereich.

Das Band verringert die von Krümmern und Abgasanlagen ausgehende Strahlungshitze und schützt somit umliegende Bauteile, wodurch die Temperatur im Motorraum verringert wird. Zusätzlich zeichnet sich das Material durch die chemische Beständigkeit gegenüber Säuren, Laugen und Lösungsmitteln aus.
