JACK C5F overlock
A series of high-performance overlocks with automatic functions. Integrated energy-saving motor mounted in the head directly on the main shaft of the machine (DIRECT DRIVE system) guarantees quiet, reliable operation and lower electricity consumption. 230V power supply. The modern design of the machine ensures better ventilation of the engine, and thus faster and more efficient operation, and a longer service life of the machine. Overlock JACK C5F has a working field lighting (LEDs) with the possibility of 3-step adjustment and an easy-to-use panel for managing automatic functions:
lifting the presser foot,
cutting the chain before and after sewing,
needle positioning
The automatic functions of the machine can operate in three modes:
manual
semi-automatic
automatic
C5F overlocks do not need to be connected to compressed air. All mechanisms related to automatic functions are electrically controlled. Complete set with motor and table. Features of the C5F series machines:
the foot lifting and thread cutting mechanism is controlled by a servo motor. This solution guarantees quieter and faster operation compared to mechanisms controlled by an electromagnet, as well as greater durability. It is also possible to set the height of the presser foot (there are 13 levels set via the panel)
voice notification function and a button for a quick return to factory settings
four photocells controlling automatic functions (the previous model had 3 photocells), thanks to which it is possible to obtain a shorter thread after cutting on the material (10 mm at the beginning of sewing and 5 mm at the end)
lever for adjusting the height of the feed teeth. Such adjustment allows for easy and quick adaptation of the machine to different types of materials. It is possible to set in one of the three available positions:
A (very light and light materials),
M (light and medium materials),
H (medium and heavy materials).
a material thickness sensor in the presser foot automatically reduces sewing speed as it passes through beads and cross seams
USB socket for connecting external devices, e.g. charging the phone

Programming the Presser Foot Lift Height - Possibility to program the height of the presser foot lifting (intermediate lifting). The material thickness sensor in the foot reduces the speed when sewing through the beads

Four Photocells - The C5F series overlocks are equipped with an additional fourth photocell for more precise operation of the automatic thread cutting mechanism.
Short Chain Trim -
The use of an additional photocell allows you to program a short chain after cutting the thread.
