Machine operation method:
A: Insert the power plug of the machine into a 220V power socket and allow the machine to warm up for 3 minutes

B: Place the sewing thread on the installation ring of the machine and use a small wire needle to pass through the heating tube from the top.

C: Before use, drop a few drops of detergent solution or sewing machine oil onto the sponge next to the rubber wheel at the bottom of the machine to effectively prevent the hot melt thread from sticking to the rubber wheel.

D: Hold the black handle of the leather sewing machine and align the arrow at the front of the machine with the seam of the veneer to be spliced, so that the bonding and clamping wheels of the machine press down on the veneer and push it forward. You can see that the heating tube swings regularly. When the space is large, applying pressure correctly to the extrusion wheel will make the joint very tight. If the veneer is arranged nearby, the pressure of the extrusion roller must be appropriately reduced. By adjusting this force, beautiful stitching can be achieved.

E: After the splicing is completed, lift the machine about 15cm with your right hand, hold the adhesive wire on the splicing interface, and gently pull it in the opposite direction to the splicing: the wire will break and can be started splicing in the next match.
