This is a HAMILTON 14" x 3/8" Nylon Safety Cat Collar. Made of the highest quality 3/8" nylon webbing, and hardware. Includes durable black plastic friction buckle and D-ring. Also includes an elastic safety band that will stretch and twist when the collar gets caught, or snagged, and allow the cat to escape and avoid injury. A small metal sleigh bell is attached to the D-ring. The total length of the collar is 14". There are no eyelets in this collar. The collar is adjusted by sliding the friction buckle to the desired size; the friction will keep the buckle in place. So, this collar has no minimum size adjustment. A cat with a neck that measures approximately 13", or less, should fit comfortably in the collar. This is a great looking collar, and safe, too. The color is Teal.
