THE 4123KIT ADAPTER KIT ALLOWS THE INSTALLATION OF GIVI PLXR4123 PANNIER RACK WITHOUT THE NEED TO INSTALL A GIVI 4123FZ TOP CASE RACK.

This kit is required if you would like to use the GIVI PLXR4123 Pannier Rack for GIVI V35 and GIVI V37 type of Panniers without the need to install a GIVI 4123FZ Top Box Rack. 

This means essentially, that should you intend to equip your 2018 Kawasaki H2 SX with a GIVI V35 or GIVI V37 type of panniers in isolation from a GIVI Top Box you should buy this listings 4123KIT in addition to the GIVI PLXR4123 Rapid Release pannier rack.  Basically you need this adapter kit to install the Givi PLXR4123 Pannier Rack if you do not want a Top Box Rack on your 2018 standard Kawasaki H2 SX model.  If you want GIVI "V35" or "V37" type panniers on your bike without top box / top box rack, you need this 4123KIT + the PLXR4123 Pannier Rack. ( The PLXR4123 Pannier Rack is NOT included in this listing and is sold separately please see our other listings offering the PLXR4123 on it's own).
