Payment:

North City uses eBay managed payments, so all major payment forms are accepted.

Winning bids and purchases are automatically managed by eBay and require payment within 48 hours.  

If additional time is needed, please contact us.

Shipping and Handling:

North City inspects and grades each figure.  Please reference the attached image titled "Grading Guide" for more information.

Figures are identified by a North City serial number in dry erase marker on the bottom of the protector.

Figure's protectors are also sealed with holographic tamper-proof stickers.  Broken seals void our return policy.

Each shipment is protected and securely packaged based on specific criteria.  Please reference the attached image titled "Shipping Guide" for more information.

North City ships using calculated shipping, both domestically within the U.S.A. via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and internationally with eBay's global shipping program.  

International shipments are managed by eBay, and we cannot alter or adjust the shipping, taxes, customs, and freight charges.

All shipments are insured via the USPS, UPS, or eBay GSP respectively and any shipping damage will require an insurance claim through chosen carrier.

Handling is completed within 1 business day after payment is cleared and received. 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within a 30-day window of the end of auction.  Money back is guaranteed if item is returned in the same condition as shipped.  A broken security seal voids this return policy.

Any package damaged during shipping requires an insurance claim with the carrier.  In the event of a damaged shipment, send photos of damaged item, original shipping packaging, and shipping box with damage.  A claim will be opened with the chosen carrier.  Carriers may require inspection of the damaged good and acquisition of product by carrier may occur if claim is accepted and refunded - do not dispose of item, packaging, or original shipping box.

Any other return scenarios will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
