Directions

Adults only: 1 sachet once daily.

Consume the contents of one sachet as is or dissolve in a small amount of cold, still water.
It can be consumed with a meal. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.

Ingredients

Ferric ammonium citrate 93.5mg equivalent to 20mg of elemental Iron, Glycerol, Water, Pectins, Soya Lecithin, Rapeseed Lecithin, Natural Flavour.
