We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) is in good condition before it is shipped out. When you receive the guitar, if you meet some problems like readjustment the strings or you are not happy with our guitar, please let me know immediately and we will try our best to meet you satisfaction.
CUSTOMIZED CENTER
Head stocks are not pictured per our policy. Custom Head stocks are available upon request from our factory custom shop. Please contact us for details. All customized products are non-returnable.
PACKING
We use the carton which is designed for the International transport to package the products you ordered. And we can guarantee the items will not be damaged in the way of transportation.
RETURN POLICY
If the item you received is broken or defective, please contact me immediately and return it within 3 days after you received it with the original or approved packaging. After we received it, we will give you a Full-Refund or Exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shopping costs. If you want to replace it, we will send a new one to you and then forward a shipping label. For missing or replacement parts(from the original order), we will ship them to you. Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
