These large, craft-grade Axis antlers are excellent for knife making. These antlers measure approximately 1" in diameter, which is about the perfect thickness for an adult hand.

Axis antlers are one of the strongest and most durable antler types. These antlers have no bone marrow on the inside, which means there is no “spongy” material in the core. Rather, there is only a tiny pinhole running the length of the antler. The rest is solid bone!

All of these antlers are naturally shed and are 100% free of any added chemical or stains. We carefully hand-pick antlers with a fresh brown color and exclude antlers with sun fading, rodent chew marks, or any other significant blemish. These antlers will often have naturally broken tines, but no man-made damage or defects. Although we pick brown antler for this listing, we often have white-colored antlers available too. If you prefer white-colored antlers, please contact us prior to purchasing to inquire about available inventory.
