I bought this skirt because a friend owned one and it looked great on her, but NOT on me.  Anyway, here it is at a great price.  It has a 4” waist band all the way around, but they’ve added a bit of drape across the front of the waistband for added interest.  Please see the pics, so you will know hat I am talking about.   The skirt, itself, has a wonderful feel to it; it’s soft and nicely fluid.
