Eastern art,Vintage Surahi Copper & Brass Double Dragon Vase, with glass stones.

Interesting solid copper and brass vase or Surahi with figural dragons climbing around it. It is set with three glass stones with stars in them. Dragons have holes in the mouths and bodies meant to hold stick incense. Has something rattling inside but I can't get it out. Measures 8 inches tall and 5 inches wide with the dragons. Sticker says Solid Brass made in India.
