All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System. Please do not rely on external email.
Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
