1.Would this work with Mac computer? **The software can only be installed on Windows. 2.How many prints can i do before having to replace ink? **It depends on how much ink is used for each print.(The order includes 5 * 250 ml ink and 100 sheets , you can test it) 3.you sell consumables(ink, powder, pet film, printhead) for this printer? **Yes. You can purchase them from my shop. 4.Do you offer any kind of tech support or training? **We provide technical support on Skype, you can contact us to set up a group for you after payment. 5.I was asking if you need to make bigger prints can you use multiple sheets to put together? **The film is roll, you can print patterns of any length(up to 100m), but the width cannot exceed 300mm 6.How many prints will this machine print in a day? ~It takes about 3 to 6 minutes to print one sheet(1440 * 720 dpi). It can keep working 24 hours a day. 7.If i run out of ink can i buy any other dtf ink? or do i have to use a specific one? **You can buy other DTF ink, but please make sure the ink is suitable for Epson print head. And please clean the print head twice with the software. 8.Can i print directly to garment without using pet film? **No. Printer --> film --> garment. 9.Can you print on any material? **Currently, it's mainly for garment. 10.is it possible to print several times on pet film? **NO, a pet film can only be printed once. 11.Do I need to pay customs charges or are they already included in the price? **If you bought this machine in the United States, don't worry, you don't need to pay tariffs. If you bought this machine outside the United States, we will help you modify the amount of the import invoice, which will save you money. 12.How long does it take to melt the powder? **About 100-150 seconds.（110­°C） 13.What is the maintenance on this machine? Will the ink lines get clogged if i only use it 1 time a week? **The best maintenance method is : print every day. If you only use it 1 time a week, you can turn on it and clean the head with software once a day.(Or you can keep it turned on, it can clean itself automatically) 14.Does this include everything i need to print right away? And can i use other software like Adobe Illustrator to print? **It comes with a software that you can import art to it, so you can import white into a printable design. 15.How come when purchasing this product? **The printer and ink will be shipped separately. 16.If i purchase the printer and use it once or twice and i'm not satisfied and i return it will you take the 50% restock/ return fee **You have a limited amount of time to send it back through eBay.
