COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER RIDERS USING GROUP INTERCOM

Group Intercom allows you to communicate with other riders wearing an X1. Up to four people can connect to keep a conversation going with a range of up to 900 meters. Sena's Advanced Noise Control technology ensures that your voice is heard clearly.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING WITH YOUR PHONE FOR ON-THE-GO ACCESS

Pair the X1 to your smartphone to follow GPS navigation, take phone calls, hear fitness app cues and listen to your favorite tunes. The helmet also features an integrated FM radio, allowing you to tune in to local radio stations.

CUSTOMIZE SETTINGS WITH THE SENA SMARTPHONE APP

The Sena Smartphone App allows you to take control of the X1's features. You can enable groups of intercom friends to easily connect with one another, save presets of your favorite FM stations, and access the product Quick Guide on the go.

Shipping

Items ship within 1-2 business day of cleared payment.

Unfortunately, local pick-up is not available.

Items above $300 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.

We only ship to USPS-validated addresses. We do not ship to Freight forwarders.

Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.


Return Policy

If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, please contact us via member to member communication. We would be happy to assist you. 

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 30 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement for packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of any item. If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent in, it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund..

Warranty

Our warranty for new item is one(1) year and for likely new or used item is 30 days from receipt of the products. 

If for any reason the product is DOA or defective, we will gladly accept return for refund.
