Orders will ship within 1-5 business days after payment has cleared. Orders from Sundays or holidays will process on next business day.Shipping time for packages is typically about two weeks.

We ship using SpeedAPK (Standard Shipping) by default. For countries that do not support SpeedAPK(Standard Shipping), we will ship your order using SpeedAPK (Economy Shipping).  Also we don't ship to any APO/FPO/PO BOX address. 

If you need to change the address after payment, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will immediately notify the warehouse to upload the correct address for you in the background in time.

If you find that your package has not been updated with any shipping information after 20 days of payment or you have not received your shipment within 40 days of payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Anout international shipping, please allow 10-40 days for international deliveries. Some shipments could take longer subject to your local customs authorities.

We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or an exchange. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and un-used.

Logistical claims must be filed within 30 days of received the product; exchanges in these cases will be handled promptly and at?no cost to the customer.
