Very uncommon 19th century color lithographed thematic geological map of England printed on a large folio sheet. 

Thematically focused on the geology system within the country. A detailed key notes various geological formations.

Light overall age dustiness with some light scattered age spotting or small staining as seen in images, nothing severe or offensive, 1" blank margin tear (closed w/ archival tape) at left side, tiny spot of surface paper loss at right side of centerfold, short split at right centerfold end, still a very nice looking example with a pleasing age patina. 

Scarce large 19th century map in any condition.
