This is a very beautiful and vintage LAB CREATED SAPPHIRE CUBIC ZIRCONIA 14K GOLD pendant (weight 4.1g). The pendant has nice tear shape with dark blue lab created sapphire (14 x 9 mm), cubic zirconia(from 2.5 mm to 1.5 mm)  and 14K yellow gold (bottom has 14K). The pendant is in very good condition.
