Did you know? Your mattress may have a faint odour which will dissipate after airing. The mattress should be aired for four hours after delivery to freshen and remove any aroma from storage. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are natural and not considered defects. This can be minimised by regular rotating (unless yours is a dual tension mattress).

Please note that this mattress is new but it may have very minor dirt/dust marks that should clean off with a good quality cleaner. See added photos.

Please note that this mattress is end of line clearance and is no longer available in high street stores.

During transportation some mattresses contract, but they will relax to their normal length again after being used for a short while.

Please note that due to insurance purposes this item can only be delivered into the hallway of your property and not upstairs. 

Please note that the courier may be on their own so would require help to unload the item at the receiving end. 

Please note that you may have to take delivery of your item as early as 6 a.m. depending on the route that the courier has to take. Please contact us before purchasing the item if you can not take delivery this early because we may not be able to deliver at any other time depending on what area you live or the route needed to be taken by the courier. Please also note that you will be given a delivery time and day of when the courier will be passing your area subject to traffic conditions. Unfortunately the courier will not be passing your area every day and he will have to stick to the time slot given, again subject to traffic conditions. Please contact us before purchasing if you can only take the delivery at a certain time or on a certain day or your order may have to be cancelled  if we can not deliver when our courier is passing.

Mattresses can only be returned if faulty or not as described. They must be in the original packaging and in the original condition when sold. Mattresses may not be returned if opened and used. We can not accept the return of the mattresses once they have been used for hygiene reasons. Please try a local bed store that supplies these mattresses to make sure it is the right comfort grade before purchasing from ourselves because we can not accept a return because you decide you do not like the mattress. Thank you.

If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building however if you need help an alternative delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. The courier will not be able to carry anything up or downstairs or be expected to carry anything for a long distance or through a Building site. You need to please discuss this with us first because the delivery may be able to be carried out but will cost extra.

Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage costs.

Standard delivery only covers certain parts of England and Wales, unfortunately couriers do tend to charge more to areas of South Wales, certain areas of the South West, South East, South coast, East Anglia, Remote areas and Scotland so an additional charge may need to be added. Please enquire about any potential added costs before purchasing.
