Postage/handling cost for the item are not refundable. Postage is to cover Australia Post postage cost. I prefer that you receive your item in the same condition as I packed it, not damaged while in transit. Seller is NOT liable for any damage during transit within Australia Post.

Any faults are to be reported within 24 hours after receiving goods, evidence needs to be shown for faults (e.g. photos)
