This is an original paper pad ticket (size approx 3" x 5") from the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Môn) Borough Council; dating from around the 1970s, it's for car parking. 

• It is in very good pre-owned condition with minor signs of handling, very slight corner wear and some age-related discolouring (please check both scans); otherwise, it's unmarked and undamaged and will be posted in a card-backed envelope for added protection.
