Box is in pretty good condition, a little dusty. There is a 2.5" tear on one edge (pictured) otherwise very nice box. No major bends or water damage.

Item is mostly complete. I know it is missing the sewer cover and the bridge connector and a couple others not known.

It has the blueprints with it, no other instructions.

Item will be packaged very carefully and securely.
