- Any buyers that attempt to commit fraud (by false claim of non-delivery, payment not authorised or tampering with the return labels) will result in the phone being blocked, reported to the police and unusable.

- For any new/recent account, we reserve the right to do further checks on your details to avoid any fraud.

We at Game On offer a cancellation period of 30 days from the date your order is placed. If you change your mind about a device you have purchased, you may return it to us and we will offer you a full refund, provided the phone is returned in the condition it was received in, with all accessories included.

We cannot provide refunds for devices that have been physically damaged or have accounts or locks active on them.

If your device develops a fault outside of the 30 day cancellation period, Game On offers a 6 month warranty with every handset we sell, to give you extra peace of mind in your purchase.

We will repair or replace any device fault that develops because of faulty parts or poor workmanship.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on any device outside of the 30 day cancellation period.

• Customer Damage (Including accidental)
• Damage to screens, fascia’s and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
• Water/Liquid damage
• Issues caused by third-party software
• Issues caused by unlocking your device
• Any components added since the item was originally sold to you
• Any fault mentioned in the listing

• Any physical damage that occurs to the phone while in your possession
• If your phone has been opened, including work or modifications carried out by a third-party
• If your phone is returned with an Apple iCloud or Screen Lock active
