This is an original Boys' Brigade cloth patch/badge (size approx 2½" x 2½") awarded for proficiency in football, also known as a sporting 'colour'. Dating from the 1980s, it's woven in black and silver on a red background - this version has a large ball (there is another version with a smaller ball).

• It's in very good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of handling, virtually as new (please check both scans).
