This Secret Ultra Rare is part of the 2012 Pokémon Collection "Black and White: Plasma Storm", Making it a Mint Vintage (B&W Era and previous) Secret Ultra Rare. The rating PSA 9 means that it was certified as Mint by PSA, the World's #1 Card Grading Service, and rated as a 9, meaning it's nearly flawless, with 1 small imperfect (a very small white speck on one of the back corners). Seeing the gold on the borders of this card in person is really something else. There's nothing like the older textures that Pokémon used for their Gold Secret Rare's of the Black and White series.
