French all sterling silver

 Rare model whose 3 feet and handle are decorated with mascarons

Silver mark: Head Minerva 1e title (950/1000) The highest quality of French silver

The silversmith's mark (diamond-shaped) is present but illegible, 

I could not identify it, we can guess 3 letters " BIN " (Please see photo)

Very good antique condition . Minor signs of usage 

commensurate with age.
