Unable to accept returns

KNOWN issues as follows

Battery is bad, only works when plugged in

Frequently runs slow and crashes

Will show available Wi-Fi networks but does not connect

Account is listed as “owner” and has no password so can be logged into

Would be a great computer to tinker with or run with Linux
