To use the mix simply add your gel packet to the desired amount of powder and add boiling water to the mix and pour into a container or onto a tray to set. The mixture will set at room temperature but will set faster with refrigeration. The gell food can be stored for up to a month in the refrigerator and up to 6 months frozen. The mixture can also be poured onto a baking sheet with parchment paper and dehydrated to create a dry chips your shrimp will love.
