Precise Measurements

Buying pre-loved clothing online can be difficult. The majority of sellers do not provide ACTUAL MEASURED SIZES and if they do they are oftentimes incorrect. We have spent decades in the retail industry and have measured hundreds of thousands of items. It's safe to say that we know how to precisely measure and accurately represent our items. If you are uneasy about a purchase please view our Feedback and spend some time reading the nice comments from our customers.

Return Policy 

For our listings we always accept domestic returns (buyer pays return shipping). If you receive the item and it does not fit please submit return as "Item did not fit". The return will be automatically accepted and the buyer just needs to pay return shipping. Please be advised that if an item does not fit but we have provided correct measurements this would NOT qualify as an "Item not as described" return. It is up to the buyer to ensure the item fits them correctly before he or she purchases.

We make it very clear in our listings what the exact measurements of the items are, and if the buyer feels we are not clear please feel free to send us a direct message and ask us any question(s) you would like. Of course if you receive an item with undisclosed stains, missing buttons, etc. this would qualify as "Item not as described" and we will be happy to accept.
