How do I maintain my product?

Your carbon fiber product is durable, but it still needs care and maintenance to stay looking good.

More specifically, keep the products clean, minimize exposure to the sun, and wax when necessary.

My product was shipped to me damaged. What should I do?

We examine and double-pack every item before shipping.

However  handling can be awkward, and sometimes delivery staff do not handle them carefully.

We must count on the consignee to examine the product’s condition upon receipt.

If you notice any serious damage on the package, do not open the package without the supervision of the delivery staff,

so we will be able to file a potential claim with the delivery company.

What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery,

the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt.

Are there any additional customs/tax/import costs?

We are not responsible for any additional costs, issued by your local customs office.
