Spindle Flange Through Hole 19mm Hardened And Hardened Woodworking Lathe Spindle
Spindle: Diameter 25, total length 202mm, through-hole approx. 19mm Hardness: HRc 55-62°.
Total length with chuck: 266mm.
Weight without chuck and pulley: 2.7kg.
With drill chuck tailstock more than 3kg.
The spindle and the flange adopt interference fit (tight fit) + spot welding on the end face. It is fixed very firmly, and the concentricity accuracy is higher with the interference fit and the shaft centre fit. Due to the use of a small amount of spot welding, the spindle is subjected to little thermal deformation and the accuracy of the shaft will not be reduced due to deformation.
The chuck is connected to the flange through 3 holes, and there is space for precision adjustment between the chuck and the flange.
Bearing centre height 80mm, mounting hole diameter 12mm, single bearing two holes centre distance 105mm, bearing width 140mm.
The distance between the two shaft seats (mounting centre hole distance) can be adjusted from 60mm to 110mm.
