This is part of the POTMC protective suit ensemble.  When complete it consists of a clear dome helmet with an oxygen tank backpack.  The gloves and boots attach to the rubberized green suit similar to the way space suit boots and gloves attach.  This is the outer white coveralls.  Definitely the way to be the most fashion forward individual in your neighborhood!
