NVIDIA Riva TNT2 M64
Graphics Processing Unit for desktop market segment utilizes Second Generation
128-bit TwiN Texel architecture, and was introduced in October 1999. The GPU is
produced on 250 nm manufacturing process. The card has 125 MHz graphics clock
frequency. It also has 2 pixel shaders, 2 ROPs, and 2 texture units. The Riva
TNT2 M64 comes with 32 MB of SDR memory. Because the memory is clocked at 150
MHz, and uses 64 bit interface, the effective memory bandwidth is 1.2 GB/s. The
GPU has AGP 4x interface, and requires 1 slot on the motherboard.
