This control plate is in great pre-owned condition with no cracks or chips. Mounting hole spacing is as follows (using first picture as our reference): From 12 o'clock hole to 3 o'clock hole is 3-1/2"; from 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock hole is 3-7/16"; from 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock hole is 5-1/2"; and from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock is 3-13/32".
