This is a lovely 1979 Norman Rockwell "Loves Harmony Bell" made by GORHAM FINE CHINA the title "Beguiling Buttercups". It has a brown wooden handle.

The picture depicts a boy teasing a girl with a flower while a dog watches them. Lovely and sweet.

Item is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
