"A Perfect Day" is a vintage 1970 print of the painting by artist Maxfield Parrish. Maxfield Parrish (1870-1966) was an American painter and illustrator active in the first half of the 20th century.  Parrish helped shape the Golden Age of illustration and American Visual Arts.  He is known for his paintings with distinctive saturated hues, whimsical mythological scenes, beauty and imagination.

 

"A Perfect Day" features lush landscape and hills.  It comes with a detachable description of the painting in the upper left corner.

 

"A Perfect Day" was produced in the 1970's by the Brown and Bigelow Calendar Company. It is 12" x 16" in overall size and approximately 10.25" x 14" in image size. It is printed on canvas and is in excellent condition.
