1. All items.

Any items to be returned, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage. If the purchased item came in original professional packaging, then the item must be returned in the same packaging.

Requests for returns must be made within the return timeframe listed in the advertisement. Timeframes begin from date of delivery of the item. Once the return timeframe has expired, requests will not be considered.

Reggieau will refund the purchase price once the item has been received by Reggieau, as per eBay standard returns policies.

If the item is not returned to Reggieau, then refund cannot be processed.

2. Clothing: including men's underwear.

The measurements of clothing along with sizing are stated in the product description. Sizing is stated in Australian standards.

Please ensure that the sizing will be a suitable fit for the person the item is being purchased for, before completing purchase. Due to observing health and hygeine standards, clothing cannot be reworn or resold.

Clothing returns are only accepted if the item has been damaged during delivery via Australia Post. Items to be returned to Reggieau, buyer pays for return postage if applicable.

A claim for the damaged item will be lodged against Australia Post and upon payment of claim by Australia Post purchase price will be refunded along with return postage fee if applicable.

Due to the personal nature of the products sold within this category, returns are only accepted if the item has been damaged during delivery via Australia Post. Items to be returned to Reggieau, buyer pays for return postage if applicable. Item should be returned unopened in original packaging.

Returns will also be considered if the item is faulty in anyway, for example if a battery operated product does not operate if used in correct way.
