CONDITION:

VG/VG+ Used but in amazing condition for being so old.
THE AGE IS APPROXIMATE, there are multiple dates in the book but not an actual copyright date.

Book does show slight discoloration or sun fading, minor page discoloration around page edges.
Cover wear and minor scuffing.
Staples are NOT rusted and binding is also VG+/Excellent.
NO loose pages, pages clean and neat with no notable rips, folds or writing.

I do have additional copies if needed.
Conditions vary, but most are VG/VG+.
